2008 was a hugely successful year for Directors John & Patrick Cronin with the merge with Pizza Hut who are part of the largest restaurant company in the world, Yum! International. Pizza Hut merged with Godfathers Pizza to develop the new young and edgy Pizza Hut Delivery brand. The 2008 Irish Franchise show was of great success with Pizza Hut Delivery being the main sponsor of the event. With the worldwide brand covering almost every inch available at the RDS, potential franchisees and investors streamed straight to the eye catching stand.

Jonathan Holbrow said ‘We were certainly positive and looking forward to the 2008 franchise exhibition. Not only were there a lot more potential franchisees attending our stand, but the standard were of a high quality also. We are currently dealing with a large amount of interested parties from the show and look forward to closing on a number of deals in the first quarter of 2009.’ 2009 is as equally as exciting with the launch of the new Tuscani Pasta dishes onto the menu at The Westbury Hotel with celebrity Lorraine Keane posing with the dishes.

More exciting new products will follow later in the year. With the growth in the delivery market and world wide brand behind them the directors are planning an additional 40 new outlets across Northern and Southern Ireland to join the Pizza Hut Delivery brand. Pizza Hut Delivery will become the largest pizza delivery company in Ireland, opportunities in various locations for multiple operators currently exist.
