This particular franchising opportunity attracted me because I felt there was a gap in the market for this service and also the risk was reduced by the relatively low initial franchise fee." Our training partners, The Academy, have just won a UK National Training award for their part in helping the UK franchisor Myhome, (from

Our latest Franchisee ,Conor Bartley, is up and running since September
and covers the Dublin 2, 4 and 6 areas. With Offices based in Rathmines he is
offering the pristine.ie range of services to all domestic home owners in
the suburbs of Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, Sandymount, Dublin Docklands,
Rathmines, Ranelagh,Harold's Cross, Clonskeagh and Rathgar.
Having completed training at The Franchise Academy on 12th September he
started with a team of 2 and is receiving regular enquiries for the
service.

6 weeks into his new business targets are not only being met but exceeded.
The plans for the up coming festive season are focused on the all over
cleaning blitz before Christmas guests arrive or a clean up after a New
Year's bash. Conor adds that "home owners who choose an experienced
cleaning team from Pristine.ie can rest assured of a sparkling home this
Christmas".

We are delighted to announce that our Churchtown Franchisee, Piers White,
has been short listed for an award at the Irish Franchise Association
dinner on 20th November next. The award is  for "The Irish Franchisee of the
Year -Service". This is a major achievement for a relatively new franchisee,
Piers who started business in May of 2006, has grown the business to 7 service
vans at this stage with in excess of 80% repeat customers. He is well up
on 3 year plans and expects to grow even further in the coming year. Piers
comments: "Franchising in my opinion is the best way to start your own
business as you have a structure in place while you learn the ropes of
running your own business.

This particular franchise opportunity attracted me because I felt there was a gap in the market for this service and also the risk was reduced by the relatively low initial franchise fee."
Our training partners, The Franchise Academy, have just won a UK National
Training award for their part in helping the UK franchisor Myhome, (from
whom pristine.ie have the master license for Ireland), to achieve its
growth levels over the past 6 years. This is a tremendous accolade and
pristine.ie have a major asset in this partnership.

This allows all new pristine.ie
franchisees to get up and running and off to a very solid start."The only
thing franchisees have in common is that none of them has run a
residential cleaning business," said Richard Lambert of The Franchise Academy. "At the
end of the programme franchisees have to have the skills to manage a
business. The programme is a mixture of stand-up delivery and learning by
doing."
