Four Star Pizza franchise says it will open three new outlets in Northern Ireland in Armagh, Newry and Omagh.

The Irish pizza franchise Four Star Pizza already has five outlets in Northern Ireland, three in Belfast, one in Newtownabbey and one in Derry. The County Wicklow based company said it intends to create 200 jobs across Ireland during 2009. It is understood that there has been a rise in people ordering in food instead of eating out due to the econimic downturn. The company said it wanted to expand into Cavan, Dundalk, Letterkenny, Leixlip and Wexford town with bases in the Dublin suburbs of Blanchardstown and Ballymun also planned. The company already has 46 outlets across NI Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
