As a part of the UK and Irelands largest franchise sign company, Signs Express (Derry), was delighted this week after receiving national recognition in the Franchisee Awards.
The awards were the culmination of a weekend of events where all Signs Express centre owners came together for their bi-annual convention. With over 80 centres nationwide, the leading sign franchise gave all franchisees the opportunity to be fully recognised for their individual achievements, showcasing their best projects from the past two years.

A number of centres entered but with only three finalists per category, competition was tough. Richard McGonigle at Signs Express (Derry) was nominated for the finals of Greenfield Franchisee of the Year at the glitzy black tie awards' ceremony. Up against two other successful franchisees, Richard faced the likes of Signs Express (Aylesbury) and fellow Irish centre Signs Express (Sligo), and after much deliberation between judges, Aylesbury was given first place.
