Castlebar OBriens Sandwich bar at De La Salle Place, has won the award of
Shop of the year at the OBriens conference in Dublin, after beating competition
from 120 OBriens outlets across Ireland and Northern Ireland. The franchise
owner Laura Hill says We have seen the business consistently grow since we
opened in 2001 with our catering experiencing significant development; this
award is great recognition for us all, particularly as we work hard to maintain
high brand standards, ensure customer satisfaction and ultimately run a very
successful franchise business.
Fiacra Nagle, OBriens chief executive of the OBriens
sandwich franchise said: The shop of the Year title reflects a simply superb
performance by Laura and her team throughout the past year. Results are based on
a wide variety of criteria ranging from the finest customer service to best cost
of sales, basically an all-round first class service business.
