Wine Buff retail franchise launched its seventeenth franchised shop in Ireland, when husband and wife team Tom and Linda Ryall opened their second shop on Oliver Plunket Road in Letterkenny town. We are passionate about food and wine and had planned to open a restaurant in the Galway region, said Linda. I received a degree in Culinary Arts and have worked in a variety of restaurants in the US. We opened our first franchise shop in Sligo town two years ago and it quickly proved to be a huge success. Recognising the potential for a Wine Buff shop in Letterkenny we became extremely excited at the prospect of opening our second franchise business here says Linda.
