Aspray Franchise can take the pain out of building claims

A New franchise business begins operation in Dublin "Aspray Property Services Dublin", based in Lucan, covering the whole of the City centre and South Dublin including Dun Laoghaire and Rathdown, begins operation 1st July. They will provide a one stop shop for all kinds of property repair, offering a free service to the public that project-manages building insurance claims and refurbishment schemes, using local and qualified subcontractors.

Their service is aimed at relieving the stress and anxiety for those who first suffer damage to their property then have to cope with the protocol of the insurance company and finally handle various contractors. Ken Callaghan joined the Aspray franchise after gaining 10 years experience as a carpenter and running a successful home extension business within the Dublin Area. With his extensive skills and experience within the industry he is ideally suited as a property repair project manager. “When people experience damage to their homes or businesses it’s not only physical damage – emotionally people can be affected drastically. Their livelihoods, their comfort and their health can all be an issue. We aim to take away as much of the stress as possible” said Ken.

In the last year there has been a lot of severe weather causing much damage to property – a problem that looks set to continue if global warming is anything to go by. Many people were left with uninhabitable houses with nowhere to turn to and some contractors cashing in on the misery by charging these people a fortune to dry out property before any work could begin. Aspray do not charge the individual for any work that is part of an insurance claim. All bills are paid direct from the insurance company.
