Irish Aspray franchises begin operation in Meath / Louth / North Dublin/ and SE Leinster

2 new The Aspray Property Services franchises began this month, one covering North County Dublin, Meath and Louth and the other SE Leinster.

They will provide a one stop shop for all kinds of property repair, offering a free service to the public that project-manages building insurance claims and refurbishment schemes, using local and qualified subcontractors.
Their service is aimed at relieving the stress and anxiety for those who first suffer damage to their property then have to cope with the protocol of the insurance company and finally handle various contractors.Brian O'Donnell and Keith Farrell, joint Directors of Aspray North Dublin,  both have a wealth of trade experience.

Brian is a carpenter and finishing foreman spanning  nearly 40 years and has been running his own carpentry business for the last four years. Keith is an electrician and together they form a strong team who understand the needs of their client.  Their attention to detail and working- to- schedules, are just some of the key attributes which gives Aspray customers the comforting knowledge that the work will be carried out with great attention to detail.  Eddie Crotty will be operating Aspray SE Ireland.  Eddie has over 25 years experience as a plastering contractor and ran a successful business from Fethard, Co. Tipperary.
With Eddie's extensive skills and experience in the construction industry he is ideally suited as a property repair project manager.

"When people experience damage to their homes or businesses it's not only physical damage - emotionally people can be affected drastically.  Their livelihoods, their comfort and their health can all be an issue.  Our clients need to get on with their lives as quickly as possible with the least amount of disruption, and that's our main priority"said Brian. In the last year there has been a lot of severe weather causing much damage to property - a problem that looks set to continue if global warming is anything to go by.

Many people were left with uninhabitable houses with nowhere to turn to and some contractors cashing in on the misery by charging these people a fortune to dry out property before any work could begin.  Aspray do not charge the individual for any work that is part of an insurance claim.  All bills are paid direct from the insurance company.

Brian and Keith will be joining forces with Aspray Dublin Central and South Dublin (which began operations July of this year) offering full coverage of the County of Dublin. For further information, please see our listing on this site by clicking the Home link above.
