Esquires Coffee is an International franchise and already has a presence nearby in the Tesco Retail Park in Carrick on Shannon which is operated by Fergal McGovern and Rhona O'Sullivan. Such has been the success of their first store that both felt they would like to open a second store in Longford as soon as a suitable site was identified.

The Esquires store in Carrick on Shannon has already received many accolades and was recently the only coffee shop in Ireland to reach the medium size category of the FBD Retail Excellence Ireland Awards 2009. Esquires Carrick was a worthy runner up at the awards which seek to recognise and reward high standards of excellence across the entire retail industry.
