Terry has extensive management experience having worked with multi-nationals for 10 years and having run his own company for over 11 years in a highly competitive sector. Over the years, people have found his knowledge of great benefit to their businesses.

He played for Munster from 1984 to 1996, captaining the team over a number of years, including the famous win in 1992 over the then World Champions Australia. He had a long and distinguished career playing for Ireland, where he also wore the captain's band, including during the 1995 World Cup in South Africa.

His wealth of knowledge in both the business and sporting world will be invaluable to Munster Tool Co, as he will enhance and develop the franchisees awareness and use of leadership and motivation skills, not to mention team building skills.
