Ian joins us from the ATLAS Consortium (EDS) where he had a Customer Programme Management role. He also has significant technical experience in a number of other private and public organisations. He has a Micrsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA and Nortel CNA amongst other certifications and product training.  Ian will support business and residential customers immediately from his new Service Centre on Bachelors Walk, Lisburn, NI.
