The Franchising Training Centre is part of the Howarth Franchising Group and  provides franchise development and coaching for Franchisors' management teams, including a series of inter-active workshops which can lead to the award of The Diploma in Franchise Management.

We use only trainers who have firsthand knowledge of franchising in Ireland, as well as experience of their subject. W e are able to meet the franchise training needs of franchisors of all sizes and at all stages of their development. The workshop format allows each presenter to tailor the delivery of the training material according to the needs and interests of the franchisors in Ireland, whilst always ensuring that the key objectives of the franchise training are met.

Presentations, facilitated discussions, case studies and personal objective setting all form key elements of each franchising programme and delegates are encouraged to consider their own specific roles in the light of the workshop activity.
